1st Course Charred Pepper & Tomato Soup with a pesto focaccia crostini Or Beet & Arugula Salad with crispy quinoa, balsamic dressing, crumble goat cheese, toasted almonds

2nd Course Roasted Chicken Supreme & Coq au vin sauce with grilled asparagus, celeriac puree Or Mushroom Wellington Rich mushrooms duxelle & root vegetables baked into puff pastry served with a black truffle beurre blanc sauce.

3rd Course Pistachio Tiramisu
